Everything was simply good. The stay here was nice, liked the hotel, it was clean with stunning location close enough to Devils Head mountains, river, Noah's water park.

The location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants.

The room was clean and spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. The bunk bed was convenient, but the mattress was disappointingly thin. Noise levels varied; while the central location was ideal, it could get quite loud with guests outside. Bathroom cleanliness had room for improvement, as there was hair in the sink. Temperature control worked well, providing comfort during our stay. The sliding bathroom door was a nice feature, but could use better ventilation. A few amenities were lacking, like phones in the room, but the layout was generally functional for a family getaway.

Charming family-friendly getaway

Natura Treescape Resort offers a fun experience for families, with clean bunk beds that kids adore and a lovely pool area. The on-site Hot Rocks restaurant serves delicious meals. the limited bathroom facilities and soft bedding could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

The waterpark was a blast, and the staff really made the experience enjoyable—especially the friendly employees from Turkey and the Dominican Republic. Our room was spacious, and the kids loved the bunks, but the cleanliness left something to be desired, with hair in the sink and a musty smell. The balcony off the pool was nice, though! Unfortunately, noisy guests disrupted our last couple of nights, and the mix-up with the grill for our upgraded tiny home was frustrating. The lagoon looked more like an algae-filled pond than a paradise. A mix of fun and some hurdles!

Reserved a hut but ended up in a dated motel. Noise complaints were misplaced. Checkout staff lacked professionalism. Indoor pools were overwhelmed with chlorine, irritating for children. The algae-clogged swim areas were uninviting. Condition of the rooms was disappointing; thin mattresses and old carpet left much to be desired. Limited staff communication added frustration. A drying area for swimsuits would enhance the experience significantly. Attention to maintenance and customer service could elevate this to a memorable getaway.
